2.2 If .NET, which version of .NET do you have installed?
3. If HTML - are you using HTML-Advanced with URLs or,
(indicate yes/no)

4. If URL mode:
- Concurrent groups, or
- Without Concurrent groups?
Concurrent groups

5. Which LoadRunner/PerformanceCenter feature (FPs) or service packs are you using?

6. VuGen Recording - are you using Old or New Recording Engine?

7. What kind of LoadRunner license do you have -
- Subscription,
- Perpetual,
- Permanent/Unlimited
- Virtual User days, or
- Evaluation?

8. If subscription, is subscription current or expired?

9. What platform(s) (PCs) and Operating Systems (Windows-XP, etc.)? Include version and service packs (SP1 or 2, etc.)
(WinXP SP2)

10. If you have filed a service request with HP/Mercury, what have they told you at this point with respect to your issue?
(Not filled, not facing any error due to tool)

Here, is my Question. I'll appreciate your valuable suggentions.

I've a scenario with multiple groups added into that scenario. All are based on Web Services protocol.

From last few months I am observing short duration spikes into my 24 hour running test. Due to spike, number of failures in transactions remains random, some time less and sometime very huge in number.

Is there, any way or logs, or utility that I should use to monitor to see where the problem getting worst and causing those spikes into running test. Is that spike issue is related to some resources shortage or memory consumption or active threads running ?

Controller is on different machine, Load generators are separate.

Kindly, help

Pawan Kumar
