I agree with the comments that Linda made, but I can add at least one minimal entrance criteria for smoke testing that I suspect can be universally applied: build completed successfully.

That is about the only entrance criteria we use for smoke testing.

Similarly, exit criteria that would be almost universally applied: smoke test completed satisfactorily.

All else can probably be considered fluff, at least for this test. But, as Linda said, every company is different.
