This is our issue. Manual test scripts are completely independent of automation scripts. Whatever those guys dump into their sheets we have to interpret it and use it in our automation scripts
Also we have a suite of 80 scripts to be automated. As of now a dedicated workbook exists for every script. What should i do? Should i club them into all one excel? Every workbook has on average 1000 lines in the excel. 80 workbooks would become huge eventually, right now we are automating just the 2nd script.
