This will not be possible for most of the people in the forums as it will be violation of their employer's complaince.

You can look for sample test case templates & test cases on internet.

In addition you may find the below link useful.

My advice is to keep all countable stuff like test case ran, test case passed, test case failed, aligned in the same col. Then put a couple known markers between where it starts and where it ends so it can easily be parsed out and totaled by a script that reads excel files. This will allow making summary reports easier.

Have a look at this simple one (click Attachment); fields like: test results, iteration, bug id, execution date etc, can be added if needed during actual execution.

Why don't you use a free test management tool that print reports ?

Go to the following page: http://www.qadownloads.com/Templates/

Go to the 4th link (Test Case & Status in Excel) and download the ZIP file. It is a good template to use and work with until you decide on a formal tool. It is a stepping stone only, and not the final solution. Use it to get started.

BTW, you're welcome.

Robin,

Even still you will eventually outgrow the Excel templates I pointed you to. The templates were used for multiple small projects I worked on (and with other people in our company), and we found that around 200+ Test Cases to manage the Status Worksheet would start to become unmanageable due to the maintenance of the links in the worksheets.

As I said, it is a starting point and will get you up and going. But do not look to it to be a final solution. There are actual tools out there that are better equipped to give you a long term solution.

Either way, good luck with it all. Read the whitepaper included with the Excel templates, it will guide you on all the embedded links and formulas.

Robin,

Sorry, not to be rude, but it is not appropriate to ask me to do this via this forum. I've pointed you in the right direction, you need to do the work yourself.
