ALM 11.0 - Test Priority not getting saved
      #708366 - 05/30/12 05:10 AM

Hi

I have been facing an issue with respect to ALM 11.0 wherein if we create a new project from a defined template, we are unable to save the test priority set.

Save here means, if I set the priority to say 5-[stupid is as stupid does] for a test case 'One' and move to another test case - 'Two', then come back to 'One' again, I find priority missing.

Can anyone please help with the some solution? I tried searching the help of ALM but to no success.

Regards
Vinay

Vinay,

1. Check this field is customized in your Template Project. May be an alert is missing here, to inform you that you don't have the permissions.

2. You have posted it in the wrong forum. You have to post it here.

Hi Rajkumar

Thanks for taking up my query. Apologies for pasting it in the wrong forum as I was searching for HP/QC or seomthing on same lines.
However, I cannot move it to the correct forum as only moderator can do so.

On the other hand, I have admin rights of QC project and hence can set the priorties of the test but still the same is not getting saved. Any solution or may be solution would of great help.

Regards
Vinay
