Estimation technique for Agile-Itretive model

Can any one please help to get the diffrent types of estimation techniques that we have for Agile-Itretive model(testing)?

In agile methods, better results depend on the knowledge involved.
In agile testing process that I comment on my blog, if you 30mim had estimated for each test case runs, you get very close to the expected result.
This value is estimated based on experience.
