OpenSTA : Recording an https url
      #693448 - 12/13/11 11:40 AM

I am able to record an url with http. But while recording https url, Page cannot be displayed error message is displayed. I have checked the Proxy options' settings in the IE and this option is enabled. But as per communcation with the system administrators, there is no proxy details available here to apply the proxy settings. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

Env details
OpenSTA ver : 1.4.4.1
IE : IE 7

The only hope you have of recording https with opensta is with IE 6. There are features in IE 7 and later that break https recording. Http recording however works fine for IE 7, 8, and all versions of firefox and chrome (that I've worked with).
