Help with HTMLTable
      #691010 - 11/14/11 09:32 AM

I've been using QA Wizard for the past couple of weeks to create test routines for our web app. However I've become stumped on how to Select a checkbox in a HTML table.

I can't use mouse Co-ords as the number of rows in the table varies. So far from what I can see my best be would be to use a wildcard in the Tag Id Property, however I haven't been able to get this to work.

Using an Action of "Text" doesn't cause it to be picked up, and changing the action to "Expression" causes QA to claim my operation have become invalid.

If it is any help I am always wanting to select the last checkbox in a list of them in the table and the ID Tag always finishes ChkSelectAll

Thought I'd update and let you know I've managed to do this using the FindRowByColumnIndex function to look for the "Select All" text in the column next to that with the checkbox.
