Yeah we had one of these guys in at my last job, giving us the spiel. He seemed quite unable to grasp the concept that people would want to edit the script.

We found him unable to grasp our requirements. He quoted savings as if we would be automating from scratch and all our manual tests would be redundant when we already have a hefty automated regression pack and have already realised benefits that are not necessarily financial - more to do with gaining time.
Seemed as if he had to use a 'one size fits all' script so he alienated us right at the start.

Shame because I liked the look of the product.

It does seem like an interesting product. Speaking to the sales guy at expo, the product identifies objects through web accessibility. As fas as I'm aware, no other tool uses this method. The only problem is the sales guy suggested that it was a legal requirement for all sites to comply. It seems to me that the legalaity is ambiguous :
