unable to connect

dear i m facing a problem while working with ACT. when ever i try to get counters from any application server or any machine other than local.
the error is shown as "Unable to connect to machine"
Kindly help me to solve this problem

its becoz of network problem only. consult with network team and get admin rights for those servers
