Your first consideration should be whether or not you want the defect tracking system to integrate with your version control system. If that is not necessary. Your second consideration should be ease of use.. the easier it is to get everyone up to speed and to use.. the more likely it will be an effective tool.
If you don't need it to integrate into your version control system then I would suggest another tool. You might want to take a look at TestTrack by Seapine Software www.seapine.com. It is an inexpensive tool comparative to the ones you listed.. and has just as much power.
