Hi guys, i am testing a pdf or msword kind of document, i googled and got that while testing we have to test font style, accessiblity, security aspects.
can any one say apart from this, any other testing i want to consider while testing the document format.
If you are testing, then there has to be some type of requirement or spec. What have you learned from reviewing that document? What does it tell you the document needs to do for the end user?
Armed with that information, what does it tell you that you need to look for other than the generic items you have listed?
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
Always check the document properties and make sure they don't leak any internal information such as file paths or employee names.
I don't know why I'm one of the few who bothers to check that.
