Here's the scenario:

A website is being viewed with the following environment:
Screen resolution 1920 X 1200
IE 7.0
Win XP

On the website, there is an area with 6 tabs, which contain text, and the tabs rotate to show headlines and content. The width of the total tab area is dictated by a fixed pixel style in CSS. However, on the resolution above, the
6th tab is being bumped down below the line of tabs.

Any thoughts on this problem and how to fix it or how to test it?
