Linkbot vs LinkScan..
I am looking for a comparison of elsop's
LinkScan vs Linkbot. In the past I have used
Linkscan but wanted to know just why everyone thinks Linkbot is the best. I am interested to know if this is a better tool and why? Can it be shared across the network with multiple users? Is it not too expensive as cost is definitely and issue? I Assume it supports logins and SSL. How well does it show where the source of the problem is, and how much digging does the qa person have to do to find the true problem page link and gif?
Re: Linkbot vs LinkScan..
Linkbot does give you precise information about Orphan pages, pages which leads to 404 and images misings without much dig.
You can give get an evaluation version of the same.
