    amit002 - that's a pretty wide-ranging question.

Have you considered hiring a professional tester? I suspect that would be the best for your web testing.

In terms of cross browser issues,

I'm currently using TestSwarm to run JS unit test across all our supported browsers. We have an in house swarm setup. It works pretty nicely. Jquery project has a public instance setup, here you can see it in action. Project: jQuery - jQuery's TestSwarm

For rendering issues, Browserstack has a pretty handy tool for comparing renderings across different browser platforms. Browser Screenshots for Quick Testing - 200+ Real Browsers, Internet Explorer 6-10, Local Testing, API, Resolution Options.

    Thanks for TestSwarm.

Crossbrowser testing of Javascript through a grouping of TestSwarm and Browserstack.
How we were able to setup?

It accumulated us instance and helped us discover and fix a lot of browser compatibility issues
