problem is the practical challenging opportunities are very less in testing. Most job done by manual way that have lesser value for future progression. Also tester learn technology slowly due to time drain in manual activites.
Unlike Dev they learn with in team , test is more like dig you own well.
I have almost 10yrs exp in software Testing both manual and automation, but most of the my carrier path build in automation.

I feel going forward coming days, most of the freshers will be in on-board, if there is no challenges in manual testing routine bug identification as exp guy not required for in manual testing.At the same time most of the companies not shown interested for automation especially in Agile process(always they are focusing to delivery the project asp doing manual test instead of automation).
So my clarification/question how we can change manual process as an experience person?
