Standard Command name inistead of RESET?

    Hello peoples,

I would like to rename the buttons in our application and adjust their labels to more common and popular names. Unfortunately I don't know how would be a good label term for our button called currently RESET. The functionality behind: the button makes undo all changes and reload the currently edited dataset into the current dialog again. In fact, it is a complete UNDO for all editing steps on currently load dataset. Unfortunately I cannot use UNDO, because an UNDO reverses only the last step. Probably UNDO ALL? Of course, RESET is the wrong term here. :-)

    Hope for interesting suggestions!

    Regards

If I understand correctly, I'd say Cancel. Clear might work too.

I believe that in a "normal" MS Windows screen, "Clear" is used to reset the screen to its starting state, while "Cancel" is used to close the screen and cancel any pending actions, if that's any help.

I'm having that same problem at my job. We use "Reset" but I would like to use "Undo" instead.
