You can profile your application during unit testing,
but it is probably not a good idea, because in unit testing
you usually don't use the code in the same way as a user
would. In unit testing there will be more exceptional cases,
e.g. error handling, and the usual behaviour will be used in a
smaller fraction of the testcode than a user would.
