Twin Cities Quality Assurance Association (TCQAA) is hosting an intense course titled "Boot Camp for Quality." This Boot Camp is a foundation course for IT quality concepts. The course is a three-day event led by an instructor from the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in Orlando, Florida, the administrator of the CSQA certification.

Registration forms must be received by TCQAA no later than July 1, 2002. Class size is limited. A confirmation email with directions will be sent. Substitutions within a class will be allowed. Cancellations will be refunded in full if received in writing no later than 10 business days prior to the class.
