To whom it may concern:
How you doing I'm a new member to QAForums.com and I'm looking for a little advice from those with a bit more knowledge of the QA industry. I have recently joined the QA team at a company, about 1 year now. I'm looking to further my worth and wanted to fine tune my skills. I never have had any formal QA training, just programming, databases, etc... I was wondering if any of you could refer a good training school to attend in NYC where I can get this formal training. Thank you for the assistance.
Hello and welcome.
You might want to visit the meetings for your local QAI federation group. Check the NY site at; http://www.qma-ny.org/
You also will want to check the training sites right here on Beta-Soft. Click on the link to your left, or the tab on the top of the page.
If you're looking for some automated tools check the links on the left of this page for Empirix, Mercury, Seque and the rest.
And there's a great books section here. Take a peek.
And last but not least, stick around here. There's a lot of information right here.
There are no failures.
There are only extended learning opportunities.
