I am just curious as to what folks do on here as far as training an employee who you transferred from your help desk to QA, keeping in mind they are very familiar with our software. I go over the ticket system, how to enter a bug, read a requirement, write a test case from that requirement. Showed him the internal bug flow process. Am trying to get external training but no approval yet, so I found links for the different types of testing, black box, regression etc. Just looking for what others do to train internal transfers.
