Are you asking about Quality Assurance as in process and practices, or - software testing?
Any continuing education is always good if relevant and life or career-enhancing - correct? But does it take a masters' program??
I do not have a master's and have not found that to be a limiting factor in 34 years. Of course, not being interested in knowing what a master's consists of, or having acquired one, I might be hampered by what I do not know! I doubt that is the case. Which specific skills do you hope to enhance? Perhaps some of those enhancements are freely available.

Corey, when taking your master's coursework , did you focus on QA/Testing related courses and research?

it was much more of a programming/theory/developer feel than specifically related to QA... but many courses and projects were useful in furthering my testing knowledge. There was also one specific software testing course (which I didn't take).
