They are good if used properly.
The problem is - answer to all questions (maybe except 3) are "it depends on a context".
But they are good questions anyway as they will allow filter those who has the same context. Like if you ask question "is it a wife or husband who owns the family budget" ? Or what are the 3 best car companies in the world? You could find a better company at the bar. You can't decide IQ based on them, can you?

If I had to answer those questions, I would take a project I worked on, or a company I worked at, briefly describe and then answer the questions accordingly. Context of those questions is critical in my opinion.
Going out of your comfort zone requires failure. True genius is measured by your recovery.
