Is asking practice Certification questions allowed here?

I am considering to take the QTP 11 Certification. I try answering sample questions I see on line. I sometimes do not understand, agree, or know how to get to the answer. May I discuss them here?

Sample: By default, how many no of tables would there be in a script? I saw this on Guru99.
I can think of the the run time book. The answer is 2. What is the other one?

I think the community has sort of this high and dry attitude (myself included), that has this aversion to giving out answers.

I would say for ego's sake, mention what steps you did to solve it like which search terms you used. It's like 90% of the answers I see on this form is in the form of "Do this google search" which sort of does nothing to add to the body of knowledge besides insulting the asker. It could very well be the search results produces an outdated answers, or maybe you want to validate if the search results is saying correct, or want to get someone's opinion on a topic.

2nd I'd probably ask a more elaborate question to make it more open ended. For a certification, you're looking for a true/false A,B,C,D answer, but for the sake in asking in a forum. I think it's good to also include the whys and valid and invalid points behind the answer to make it useful to the community. So you can say it's for certification, but also ask why the answer is the way it is.

    David,
I have six more questions to ask. I will post them individually. If I get more complaints than compliments or a moderator asks me to stop I will. I'm more interested in learning and having discussions that make me think than do the test at this time.
I will try to use the advice in your reply.
    Thanks,

    Kevin

"Interview Questions" is not the right forum for these types of questions.
They belong in the "Training & Certification" forum instead.

    Joe,

I will keep the threads I already started in the wrong place going until there are no more responses if it is OK. I will start new threads in "Training & Certification".

    Thanks,

    Kevin
