I got screened during the phone interview. That wasn't bad. Maybe 1-2 behavioural questions and my background.
Second interview I got drilled with tech questions for an hour. Questions such as "What is quality assurance" "How do i test for a vending machine or atm" "What makes a good test plan" etc Seems like the questions were designed that you already understand the basic terminolgy of QA. From what I gathered the person interviewing me is charge of a some small teams. I encountered no behavioural questions during this phase. They also gave me a brief company overview.
All that I have gathered from the third interview is i am being interviewed by my second interviewer's managers. I do not know what to expect or how to mentally prep for this. Any suggestions? Thanks!
This is the part where you should be ready to talk about what value you can bring to the company and know why. So bone up on the company, its products, its needs and think about some of the tech questions they asked you.
Have some good questions about the company if you want to know more.
And be ready to be a good listener.
Most of all be yourself and be honest. Giving off a good vibe on the interview is probably going to be key.
How much is your hunger for onsites/money?
Will you stay in company for long?
SO his question would be like:
Tell me something about your self?
Where is your home town? (if its same as the place where your job location is you have an advantage, if not you have to explain it during interview(anytime) that you are planning to settle down in this city )
What is you plan for next five years?
Looking forward, what are the upcoming things that you know about your technology?
What has been your major achievement in your working experience ?
