Interview Questions + junior level+ manual testing
I have an interview with a US based bank for Software testing position today.The post is for a junior level member and i will be doing manual testing.My role will be going there and understand the product,requirements and form a small offshore team over here.I have about 5 years of QA testing experience.
The interview will be taken by a senior member(In US) who is having 15 yrs exp in testing..i am not sure what kinds of questions he might be asking me..i have prepared well,still..Can anyone tell me what kinds of questions to expect during the interview ?

He could ask you about your team building skills and recruiting skills. Also, how you would lead a team and communicate effectively with the on-site team.
He may ask you technical questions regarding QA and Manual testing.And its better if you go through some other tools.Just have basic knowledge about other tools in automation.He may ask normal HR questions like how your are going to work as a team member,what will you expect from your other team members etc.
