I need info from the authors and experts on QA during the requirments phase.
I know we have lots of authors here on the process improvement and QA cycles.
What I want to do is gather direct references to books, articles AND the exact page and quote from as many writings as possible on the belief that QA should be involved UP FRONT during the requirements phase of all projects.
I know Elfriede's newest book has this in the first chapter. I'm going to extract the sentence(s) and page reference from that tonight. Who else has written books and articles and white papers? I need to gather a lot of evidence to convince some people.
Did Deming ever say anything to that effect? Crosby?
