No, there is no standard metric. There are however many different flavors of numbers that some folks like to generate.
A quick search for "software quality metrics" would turn up dozens of ideas for churning out numbers that you could decide have some relationship with the quality of your software.
You might decide that any of these are useful to you:
- bug count
- defect leakage rate
- mean time to failure
- defect density
- count of failures in the field
- bug fix rate
- defect arrival rate
- defect fix rate
- etc, etc
