I have been asked to come up with the role of a quality assurance manager across the SDLC within my organisation. This should also include the roles and responsibilities as well as areas within remit and governance.
Any suggestions would help and be very welcome.

Is this to make a position, or define an existing one?
One possible source are job ads for similar positions in similar companies. Otherwise, start with what the SDLC is and determine what managerial qualities are required.
