Re: How to write Corrective Action

    Correction:
Correction is something that was already done. It should always be in past-tense.
In your case, you can write as "Requirements Traceability Matrix is updated with the requirements received on ____".

It is a good practice to specify the latest document version number...
So, you can write as "Requirements Traceability Matrix (document version x.x) is updated with the requirements received on ____".

Corrective Action: This also something that has already been done. So, this also has to be in past tense.

In this case, the corrective action can be written as:
Requirements received were intimated to QMG, and the QMG reviewed the requirements and ensured that Requirements Traceability Matrix was updated.

Whatever you have specified as Corrective Action is actually a preventive action.
Any requirements received shall be intimated to QMG, so that a Requirements Review shall be planned and conducted by QMG to ensure that Requirements Traceability Matrix is updated.

    Regards
    Ravi
