We are currently looking at adding some additonal contractual requriements for our vendors in relation to the applications they develop for us. It turns out to be quite complex as we have a number of vendors each using a variety of development methodolgies and we do not want to put something in place that overburdons them or limits how they can create the solutions we want.
We have recently rolled out a standard testing process which includes some expectations of what the vendi shoukd do and this may well form the basis of what we will ask for contractually.
Does anyone have any experience of outlining QA expactations for vendor contracts and can pass down the types of things we should really consider?
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
