Why my webservice passes with soapsonar but not
with Visual Studio ?
I have a webservice defined by http://reboltutorial.com/webservices/discordian.wsdl
Testing with Soapsonar was OK. But doing the same thing with Visual Studio Winform get this error : "Message Version not recognized"
So is it worth testing if one cannot be sure it would give the same result as a real client though I still don't have a clue what this message error means.
Re: Why my webservice passes with soapsonar but not
Ah Rebol, not used that in a while, but always liked Sanseraths approach.
From just looking at the WSDL and making an educated guess, it looks like the SOAP schema is SOAP1.2, I'm guessing VS is assuming SOAP1.1.
Maybe that Soapsonar is detecting the version from the WSDL where VS is expecting the user to set it?
I've not had a chance to check that assumption, but it seems reasonable.. does VS allow you to change the SOAP version it is assuming?
