testing without framework
If you are testing in Selenium web driver with Java, is it possible to not use either JUnit or TestNG frameworks, just to import Selenium classes and run your scripts as Java, not as Junit or TestNG.
Yes, basically you end up creating a stand alone program and you end up having to create your own reporting layer and exception handling routines. Not really a fun exercise, I'm current in the process of porting such tests (written in ruby) into a standardized framework that can be applied cross organization.
