In the past I've used Bamboo and split up my tests into suites, and have parallel jobs running at the same time. You can do this with any CI system, with Jenkins you have a little extra annoyance of installing a few extra plugins to enable this, https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/...xecutor+Plugin
In more advanced workflows I've created for my clients, I have 1 job provision the VMs as slaves, and do parallel test execution code execution distribution. You can do this using custom runners using RPC.
Does anyone know if any of these solutions contain any features for results tracking?
Not in itself. What I did in past projects is write a custom test reporter that parsers the reports, and posts the results to a Test Management solution. This can easily be chained up as a downstream job or within within the job itself.
I forgot the name of the tools but there are some for Selenium that add onto Selenium and create great looking reports. Someone please add in the tool names for me.
Whle working with software testing company, I used two plugins for generating the reports. Also, the same is given below for your reference:-
1. Emailable Report (This will generate a file "emailable-report.html" that has good presentation and can be directly send to stakeholders.)
2. Testng-XSLT Reporting Using Maven (This will generate good graphical presentation of reports. These reports are generally very user friendly.)
