Selenium + java / jdk 1.7
Today I downgraded from Java 1.8 to Java 1.7 and my Selenium Webdriver test cases don't work anymore.
I get an error on "driver = new FirefoxDriver(binary, profile);"
I didn't change anything in my file, only my Java version. Before downgrading, everything was working well.
Does someone understand why I'm facing this issue?
Best regards (and happy new year)
I haven't followed java in 4 years.
If you're getting something like class not found, etc.. you probably want to check your environment variables and make sure your classpath is correct. If you're using maven, check all the environment variables Maven uses.
Eventually I got it fixed. I had to downgrade both the JDK and the JRE and to change my browser's version.
