We are executing a python script from ALM VAPI Test using selenium python bindings and trying to run the script from ALM itself.

scripts will first invoke firefox webdriver to launch mozila browser and then navigate to google.com.

script is mentioned here:

We are having two different users user1 and user2 in a remote machine of windows XP 32 bit.

user1 logged into the machine and installs active python,pywin32 and mozila browser. Then He ran the above script from ALM test lab.Script ran successfully to open a blank mozile browser and navigate to google.com

But,when user2 logged into the remote desktop and tried to execute the same script from ALM.It is opening blank mozila browser but could not open google.com throwing below mentioned errors:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "test.py", line 24, in <module> driver = webdriver.Firefox(firefox_profile=fp) File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\selenium\webdriver\firefox\webdriver.py", line 47, in __init__ desired_capabilities=DesiredCapabilities.FIREFOX) File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\selenium\webdriver\remote\webdriver.py", line 60, in __init__ self.start_session(desired_capabilities, browser_profile) File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\selenium\webdriver\remote\webdriver.py", line 102, in start_session 'desiredCapabilities': desired_capabilities, File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\selenium\webdriver\remote\webdriver.py", line 153, in execute self.error_handler.check_response(response) File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\selenium\webdriver\remote\errorhandler.py ", line 108, in check_response raise exception_class(value) selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: '<HEAD><TITLE>Access Denied</TITLE></HEAD>\n<BODY BGCOLOR="whit " FGCOLOR="black"><H1>Access Denied</H1><HR>\n<FONT FACE="Helvetica,Arial">

This error is in the line driver = webdriver.Firefox.

It might be of any prfile setting or may be any proxy /firewall setting of mozila for user2 but unable to resolve the issue.

If anybody has any idea or workaround on this pls provide me with suitable solution.
