If you are working on your own site and not trying to hack pages and circumvent the CAPTCHA then you have a chance.
What you do is get the developers to put in some way around the CAPTCHA. What they do is put a "Testing" flag in the web config and when that is set to true they do something that lets the automation work.
They can do thinks like put up a label or a textbox with the contents of the CAPTCA in it so the automation can read that value and enter it.
They could alse default the CAPTCHA value.
Or they could simply turn off the verification so you can enter anything you want and it will still pass.
If you're a slave to your free associations, does it automatically become something else?
