how to see hotmail msg body
I have tried a few test runs, I can open hotmail and send a message. However when I try to record the typing in the message body it comes up blank. Same for attaching a file to the message. I have tried to read the docs you all refer to, I have tried to create a locator - comes up not found in running the test. xpath checker shows the button and msg body, how to insert into test? Can someone send a command to enter text into the hotmail message body? Also I'm looking for the default Selenium install location on Linux to create the user-extension.js file. Firefox installs in /usr/bin. Can't locate Selenium... Thanks, Len
Re: how to see hotmail msg body
Have you run through the script manually and checked to see if the target window is found?
I haven't done anything with Hotmail, but if they use an iframe around their editor, and they might since its an RTF editor, then you have additional work to get it configured and found.
