I am new to Software testing and don't know much about software testing. I was searching the net to find out about software testing but I did not found any thing good. I am looking for 'How to do software testing and what will be the things I have to check'. One more thing is I came across 'Script Injection' but not sure how to do it properly. I will appreciate if anyone can help me.
I suggest that you read the Forum FAQS and the information on the questions for the different forums that we have here. The question you have asked has nothing to do with Security Testing and really belongs in the General forum - hopefully the moderator of this forum will move this thread.
Secondly there is a mass of good information on Software testing to be found on the Internet.
A good start for you would be in QAForums to look at
What you are asking would take several books to answer and is experience and knowledge gained in several years as a tester.
Script injections are a part of penetration or security testing which is a very specific and highly skilled are of testing. One definition of script injection is:
Script injections occur when untrusted data is used to call functions that manipulate system resources which allows the user of the application to obtain information they are not authorized to view or access to servers that they do not have authorization to.
Please make sure that when you post messages in the forums that you have researched your questions prior to asking them so ensure you are not posting what has previously been posted numerous times. also ensure that you have placed your post in the proper forum. I previously moved this post to the General forums on request. There are MANY websites out there that have a lot of information about software testing and techniques. I recommend you google the topic and brush up on the skillset. This forum is not designed to teach you everything you need to know.
