I am involed in presentation for API(Application programing interface) testing , can any one can tell me about how to test API applications
Re: Api -testing
How to test "API applications?" Do you mean how to test applications that utilize an API (almost all of them) or are you referring more to applications that serve as a sort of SDK for other applications to utilize?
In general, testing an API means testing the calls to the API. That should work or else your application is in some serious trouble. But you have to make sure that the constructs you use to make the API calls work as well. In other words, if you provide any sort of wrapper to the API call you must make sure that it still passes the correct information (parameters) and that those parameters are of the right type.

Java applications can also use a tool called JVerify, which is a Java class/API testing tool.
