I'm fairly new to QA Wizard. I was wondering if it isnt possible to add text checkpoints to a script after it has been recorded?
I see the facility to add them during the recording process, but not sure if i can add a gui check to an already recorded script. Do i have to re-record it again to add something later on?
Thanks in advance for ther help.
You can add a text checkpoint or validate any other attribute during and after recording.
To add a checkpoint after a script has been recorded.
1.Select the location in the script you would like to add the checkpoint.
2.Right click on the line and select add command from the menu
3.Select “check” as the add command option.
4.A hand will come up in the preview area.
5.Select the object you want to add a checkpoint to.
The rest of the actions are the same as during the recording process.
Let me know if this helps
Yeah it worked, thanks for the help.
