The way that write Test Case effectly.

I'm a new-comer in Software Testing. How can I establish a testcase that ensure complete test coverage?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">The best way consists of many possible combinations of the below:

1) Get formal training
2) Gain project experience
3) Attach yourself to mentor(s)
4) Read one or more books on the topic

Because, to answer your question would amount to a response the size of a book anyway. Good luck and best of success!

Hint: for any one or more of a number of good or bad reasons, one can never ensure complete test coverage.

I access this link and know "Generate Test case from Use Case". How do you think about that way?

I think that is fine. My previous opinion still applies.
