I'm supposed to give a lecture about proper documentation testing -I am team leader in our QA department , and the lecture is done internaly for QA.
Any recommended readings on this issue?
the focus is - should QA be testing the product documentation? what are the methodologies for doing so , etc..
When I have tested the documentation of a product, I have read the documenation and followed the directions step by step.
