Requirements Management Tool for a Data Center
I am chargd with researching Requirement Management tools in order to asses which one may be most suitable for use in a Data Center.
While we do not develop applications, the development work we do with environments, systems and networks follows a similar patttern to the SDLC.
One of the key features we require is the ability to create an interface (preferably through the web) where we elicit requirements from those submitting work to us.
We want to pull the specific type of information we receive and not rely on what is pushed to us.
I was looking for any feedback from people who may have used the following tools or anything not listed that also works well when initiating requirements management;
- Compuware QA Center or DevPartner Studio Enterprise
- Telelogic's Doors/ERS
- Calibre RM
Integrated Chipware's RTM Workshop
Thanks in advance

Rational's ReqPro is really cool and abounds with the experience of Rational. You may want to check that out.
