Re: Test from use cases docs

Each usecase constitutes some functionality in abstract level.Whenever a use case is provided for corresponding functionality in SRS,derive the testcases in abstract level ie.,in higher level SRS.In the later stages of development each requirement ( or usecase ) is further detailed from the Detail Design Phase. So, if we keep on consontrating on, how the system functionality is rotating at Requirements Analysis Phase,Design Phase and implementation phase,we can easily derive testcases from the usecases. For each Actor/usecase (usecase is nothing but some activity),try to figure out the possible ways of failing to perform such usecase. In this way we can arrive at some testcases for each usecase provided for System testing.
