    Testing Strategy for ERP or Backend processes

    Anyone,

    I would like to ask for help or any advice on how am I going to test ERP process that goes in the backend of the application...

    You would test it the same way you test anything else
    - learn the requirements
    - plan your tests
    - construct your test environment
    - execute your tests
    - report the results

    The problem is the I can't state any test plan for the requirements they have given me...
    instead they just state the flow and it was like this...

    Web Application > Database > ERP (SAP/ORACLE) or vice versa.

    Are you saying this one line is all you know about what you are supposed to test? Certainly there's more to it than that?

    Someone - a user, a manager, a developer, a database administrator - must know more about what they are looking for. Seek those people out and talk with them!
