I remember seeing a developer use a tool that would find requirements in a design document based on keywords (i.e., "must", "shall", etc.). The tool could not only detect requirements but provide an overall statistic on the document. It would also display the number of estimated requirements in the document, and had a few other values which I can't remember.

Does anyone know of a tool that does something like that? preferably something at least with a free trial? I would like to be able to import word documents or at least copy/paste bodies of text.

The overall goal would be to isolate the Requirements and then integrate it into a system where I could easily generate Use Cases and thus develop Test Cases.
