They are the requirements for the interface of your system under test.
Could be the user interface
Could be the external interface (such as an API)
Could be the internal interface with another system

I learnt a week back that in my company :-
"Interface requirements" can be any additional application with which your application should work with. It can even be any plug-in to your application.
Interface requirements are often defined in a formal Interface Requirements Specification. A Data Item Description for that spec is DI-IPSC-81434A and it contains guidelines for identifying and defining interfaces. It may be found on the Internet.
