2) Never been to an official Ranorex training.
All that being said, Ranorex's support team has to be among the finest set of professional individuals I've ever had the experience of working with. They are very active on *their* forums (http://www.ranorex.com/forum/) and always seem quite happy to lend a hand.
Similarly, there are some very smart people using Ranorex that also frequent their forums and provide assistance.
