I am new to Webload and my problem is the recognition of applets. My application is an applet in the browser. When I record a script in this page only the application starting and closing are recorded, not the operations I do in the application.Could anyone help me in this regard?
You are going to have to load the applet within webload. Webload will not record the user actions within the Applet window itself, so you are going to have to do a lot of custom coding in order to make it work. They have a pretty good example, and some sample scripts at http://www.radview.com/support/AgCtr...JavaApplet.asp
Thanks for your reply and the site was quiet useful. But,they have given classes named wlsupport. Is it needed to place them in our version? And they are saying about setting classpaths.Could u pls give me a brief explanation abt the process.
OK, you need to download the wlsupport.zip file from that site.
Then you need to give the classpath directly to this file, rather than to the normal folder usually referenced. This will need to be a path which will be constant across all load machines. I suggest creating one within the my documents/webload/sessions area so that it will always be the same.
The classpath is defined within the applet itself. If you didn't create the applet, get with the developer who did, and show them the example. They should be able to make this reference for you.
